Nathalie Delrue-McGuire is a management consultant focusing on international business strategy. She works on special projects for multinationals and start-up ventures.

Nathalie is the founding partner and Chief Consultant of Delrue McGuire & Associates, based in San Francisco. Her client engagements traditionally consist of the development of strategy, operations, sales and marketing plans for regional markets.

Prior to moving to the US in 2005, she worked in London, Paris, Vienna, and Brussels in senior sales, marketing and strategic alliance positions for software companies and Marketing globalization consultancies. She was educated in export and international business administration at the University of Economics in Vienna (Austria), in foreign languages at the University of Brussels (Belgium), in European and international public law at the Ruhr University (Germany), in global strategy at Harvard Business School in Boston.

Throughout her career, Nathalie worked with international clients, such as AXA, Accor, Sanofi-Aventis, HSBC, Invensys, McCann Erickson, mtv Europe, Nomura, The Body Shop, adidas-Salomon, Puma, London Stock Exchange, Gartmore, Kodak, HP, Austrian Ministry of Defense, Austrian State Department Office, Bosch, Mazda, L’Oréal. She also speaks five languages.

Nathalie is an avid supporter of the arts and dedicates her time and resources for the advancement of the cultural arts in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Nathalie’s understanding and appreciation of the Asian cultures began many years ago through her travels and study of martial arts.
