She previously spent 16 years with Denver-based Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP, where she was a partner and practiced with the Corporate Finance and Acquisitions Group. She has expertise in securities law, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border equity and debt transactions, and contract negotiation and execution. Ms. Shepston, who has extensive experience in the energy and natural resource industries, has advised public and private-company boards on issues of fiduciary duty, risk management and oversight. Prior to joining Davis Graham & Stubbs, Ms. Shepston worked with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. She earned a juris doctorate from the University of Denver College of Law and a bachelor’s of science from the University of Illinois.

Ian Grieves, President of DynaEnergetics, joined the Company in January 2013 with more than 20 years of diverse operational, engineering, finance and management experience with multiple international industrial businesses. He previously spent seven years with Lydall, Inc., where he most recently was senior vice president of the company's $130 million Performance Materials division. He was responsible for a wide range of commercial and engineering activities, including research and development, product management, marketing and sales to a diverse spectrum of industrial end markets.
While at Lydall, Grieves marshaled a number of strategic initiatives, including the launch of a major product offering, the successful restructuring of a business unit and the integration of a strategic acquisition.
He also spent 13 years with AAF International, one of the leading providers of advanced air filtration systems. Grieves ascended through the company's European business to ultimately become vice president and general manager of AAF Europe. He was responsible for three divisions and multiple operating sites across Europe, the Middle East and China.

john scheatzle

John Scheatzle joined DMC in 2016 as president of the Company's NobelClad business. He previously spent 19 years with Materion, an integrated manufacturer of advanced materials for the industrial and consumer products sectors. In his most recent role, he was vice president and general manager of Materion's Performance Alloys division. He was responsible for North American production facilities and the company’s international sales and distribution centers. He also had oversight of the business’ sales and marketing; research and development; manufacturing; quality; and environmental, health and safety functions.
Before his tenure with Performance Alloys, John was general manager of Materion’s Ceramic Products division. He also spent seven years with consulting firm Accenture, where he was senior manager and worked with clients in the consumer products, chemicals manufacturing, and metals industries.
John holds a master of business administration with a concentration in marketing and manufacturing from Case Western Reserve University. He earned a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Akron.
